2Nature of Service
MPV Chits operates registered chit fund groups that facilitate regular contributions and lawful prize distributions through regulated banking and financial channels.
3User Obligations
Users must provide accurate and updated personal information, pay installments on time, and use digital services responsibly. Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or breach of terms may result in immediate termination of services and possible legal action.
4Digital Communications
By engaging with our services, you consent to receive official communications via RCS, SMS, e-mail, and WhatsApp. MPV Chits will never request sensitive credentials such as passwords or OTPs through these channels.
5Payments and Refunds
All payments and refunds are governed by the terms specified in the chit agreement and applicable laws. Late payments may incur penalties as per company policy and statutory norms.
6Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and digital materials of MPV Chits are the intellectual property of the Company and cannot be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
7Limitation of Liability
MPV Chits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including network failures, third-party errors, or loss of data arising from system interruptions or delays.
8Disclaimer
The information provided through our website, mobile app, or communications is intended for general guidance. Your participation and rights are governed solely by the legally executed chit agreement.
9Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend any user’s account or participation in case of fraud, non-compliance, or misconduct that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
10Amendments
MPV Chits may revise or update these Terms periodically. All changes will be published on this page.
11Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mettupalayam, Tamil Nadu.
